Since the first ages and the first created human beings, and even from the first living beings, all beings have strived to gain superiority over each other.
On the other hand, the feeling of being protected from the alien creatures in the environment and also from natural disasters, fear, forced people to live together.
Although the necessity of living together could not suppress the instinct of being a society and acting together, at least some rules were tried to be controlled.
People who are tried to be kept together by the chain of rules or who are forced to keep together against common enemies, and animals that have to live in herds with the same logic, actually laid the first foundations of management thought.
All living beings have dressed in the pursuit of leaders who prove themselves sometimes with brute force, sometimes with reason, intelligence and will, and accepted him as both a leader and a manager.
This study is in the form of a literature study and sheds light on the historical development of management
